What is a guided experience? The Guided Experiences are different in design, depending on their purpose.
If you would like more harmony, energy and be able to take action, you can do The Guided Experience of Forgiveness. You don´t have complete access to your own energy due to unresolved issues in your life. The Guided Experience of Forgiveness might help you to resolve the issue. With The Tent you will come in contact with your peaceful mind. The Guidance to the body is a guided tour to inner peace and harmony and a deeper connection with your body and your being.
When you listen to a Guided experience, you may have your eyes closed. With your eyes close it´s easier to focus on the Guided experience. It´s sometimes easier to be present if you stand up while listening, compared to sitting down. You can do whatever feels good for you. The Guided experiences are not something that is done to you. Instead you can compare this experience to one where someone´s reading you a good book. Your relaxed participation allows you to have your own personal experience within you. This way, you are part of the experience.
You Forgive entirely for your own sake. Not for anyone else’s sake. When you forgive you become free. You get access to more of your energy and drive, which has been locked to a person or situation.
In the Guided Experience of Forgiveness, the reading is “I would like to…”, “I can…”, I may…” and so on. So you may imagine that I am your voice. The Forgiveness Process has four parts: I would like you to forgive me, I want to forgive myself, I want to forgive you and I would like you to forgive yourself.
You can listen to one or two of the parts of forgiveness, that you feel resonate with what you would like to resolve. It might be worth while listening to all four parts, even though you might think that it is only about forgiving a person. You often have emotions stored in the un-conscious that also needs to be transformed for the forgiveness to be complete. When you listen and forgive from different angles, the forgiveness will be more complete.

The Tent makes it pleasantly quiet in the head. We pick up many of our thoughts and emotions from others, using our mirror neurons. By mistake, we believe that these thoughts and emotions are our own. They feel like our own and they seem suitable in the present situation that you are in. It can be something you dwell up on, or anything else that you can´t stop thinking about. With the Tent you are able to break these connections of thoughts and emotions. It will become pleasantly quiet and peaceful in your head and you may find it easier to focus on what you really want.

Where in your body you have your attention affects how you feel both emotionally and physically. Your body becomes stressed when you have your attention in your head. If you have your attention far down in your body, your body becomes relaxed, harmonious and in balance.
