Description
The ART meditations reinforce the positive within us. It does this in two ways. First by dissolve that which lies in the way for us to be able to experience the positive. This might otherwise hold us back and we might feel that we can´t allow us to be happy and enjoy the positive in life. Second. ART meditations reinforce the positive, by activating the positive. The positive is activated by the way the meditation is designed.
During the meditation, I am your voice. The meditation is built around: I would like … I can … I may … I allow myself to have … After each sentence there is a pause, so you can breathe in what has been said, as if it were true. For example: I would like to have a great time …, I can have a great time … I may have a great time … I allow myself to have a great time… And then the meditation continues with other words and phrases according to the theme. For example “I will allow myself to have a great time right away”, “I will allow myself to feel that I am worthy to have a great time.”
Sit comfortably when you listen and have your eyes closed. It is easier for you to be present and awake when you sitt, compared to if you lay down. You do not doze off as easily. When you are present, you hear what is being said and you can participate by inhale it as if it is true, and then consciously answer YES when clearing what is in the way of the positive. When you are present, you´ll take an active and relaxed part of the meditation.
